Mist Eliminators separate and remove mist from a gas stream to recover valuable products, improve emissions, protect downstream equipment, and improve product purity. They can be separated into the wire-mesh type, the fiber-bed type, the baffle type, and more based on their shape and operating principles.

Conep has a lot of experience in handling oil mists, acidic mists, and alkaline mists in various processes. We can design a system that enhances the advantages of not only one type but also complex types.

Furthermore, by applying the functions of the electrostatic precipitators to the existing baffle type mist eliminators, we have developed a patented hybrid mist eliminator utilizing the merits of each technology. This type can remove fine particles smaller than 1 micrometer with a low pressure drop.
